The Israel Securities Authority(ISA) was established under the Securities Law-1968, which defines its function as protecting the interests of the investor public.
The ISA reviews reports that are filed by reporting entities, including: immediate Reports, quarterly and annual Financial Statements; reports of transactions between companies and their controlling shareholders; reports on private offerings of securities; purchase offer specifications; mutual funds' current reports.
The ISA issues licenses to trading platforms, portfolio managers, investment advisors and investment marketers, and regulates and supervises their operations. The ISA also oversees the proper, fair operation of the Stock Exchange.
1. Safety of Client Funds:
Clients funds should be put into segregated accounts.
2. Requirement on Forex Brokers' Reports:
Immediate Reports, quarterly and annual Financial Statements; Report on profitable and non-profitable clients; Credit Risk Report; The Market Risks Report.
Generally speaking, ISA-regulated broker profile will be found at the List of licensed Trading Platforms page on ISA website. Try to find it and check if it will match the info from the broker website.
The detailed steps are as follow:
1. Find the name of the forex broker, which you can get from the broker's website;
2. Enter the name into the search bar on
3. If the broker's name is not in the list, it means that it may be an unauthorized broker and please watch out it.

4. If all the steps above have been done, don't forget to check the most important information: check if the firm details published on ISA website matches the ones you'll go to trade with, especially the website and email etc.
If no, please keep away the broker because it's probably an unauthorized firm and your money will fall in danger.
When you have disputes with a ISA-regulated broker, you can proceed the following ways:
1st way: The recommended way is to contact the broker directly and discuss with them to find a solution.
2nd way: If you're not satisfied with the broker's solution, try to contact ISA, which helps to solve the disputes between the forex broker and the investor.
To submit a complaint you can:

2. Send the complaint by fax to: 02-6513646 or 03-5601041
3. Submit the complaint by post: Israel Securities Authority, 22 Kanfei Nesharim Street, Jerusalem 9546434.
3rd way: If the first 2 ways above can't solve the dispute, the last way is to issue a case to the court in Israel.
