They have great customer service on the phone. Finding live chat is a bit tricky, but responses are relevant and fast. On the negative side, email support is slow and answers aren't always satisfactory.

Stable platform. I have never had an outage. Executions go through fine, but sometimes there is a bit of a lag. Easy to create account and decent customer service.
