Very good customer support, Chrstiaan was very polite and helpful in setting up my account. He always stayed professional. In terms of actually trading, I'm a bit unsure on how the lot sizes work, it's like 0.01 on every other broker is 0.10 on here. A bit confusing but I think I could get used to it.

First time to use copytrade, receive a copytrade training 1 week after account registration. The copytrading platform is easy to use, and I find there are a lot of options for providers. I will leave my user ATFX experiences 6 months later as a follow up.
