I do not recommend this broker. I made a deposit with my bank card in two installments, one portion was refunded to my card free of charge, but the other required a bank statement for verification. My question about why this was necessary went unanswered, and the remaining amount was eventually refunded via bank transfer—with a high transfer fee. Additionally, I experienced considerable slippage, which was disappointing. Overall, I would not use their services again.

After trying many brokers Eightcap has become my favorites due to easy fast withdrawals, a great and easy to use portal and the most important reason is The BEST customer service ever!!! what they do is basically gives you an account manger and than you have your own personal customer support. Greetings all, I have dealt with Eightcap for sometime now and their service has been excellent. They give you a manager that can deal with your matters and mine is Svetoslav Krustev and he’s been the best to deal with. From very quick responses and dealing with my matters in a timely fashion. Great job, and highly recommend!

I enjoy the spread except when the daily open/close takes place. The slippage is waay less than other brokers I have used in the past. The support team that allows me to manage my clients as an IB is excellent.

Great communication, especially when having a few issue. All resolved with phone calls mainly, and a few emails.

The opening of the account was quick and easy. They also do follow up with calls, I haven't funded my account yet so only after that I'd be able to give more details on the journey but so far I'm happy.

My experience has been great. I wish withdrawals were easier and the resources were updated. Love the TradingView integration. Spread is good except during daily open/close. Slippage is less than other brokers.
