CONTENT I have opened an account with MEX for more than 4 years, and I have been unable to withdraw funds since 2022. In July this year, I applied for a withdrawal of 1,000$, and the email replied that it has been accepted, but there is no response after 5 days.I sent an email to urge again, and the reply was that I was waiting patiently and it was being processed. During this period, I urged it many times. It's been August, and there is still no result. Now there are about 4000$ in the account. I hope that after Brokersview's complaint, MEX can return all the funds in my account as soon as possible, thank you!
