Octafx has frozen my account and there is still 19140 usd in my balance without withdrawals, After I submitted my withdrawal request, the platform sent me an email saying that the amount I withdrew exceeded the deposit amount and then froze my entire balance and prevented me from withdrawing. I asked the customer services and they told they will check for me and handle this. But I have not received any money or solutions from them and it has been two weeks. I choose them for their reputation but now i think they are scammer.
