BrokersView Successfully Helps Investor Recover $10,000

Last month, an investor from Hong Kong submitted a complaint at BrokersView, claiming that her HKD84,000 (approximately USD10,000) withdrawal request was suspended.

According to the investor, she made profits by investing in currency pairs and cryptocurrencies on an online trading platform in November and applied for a withdrawal. However, instead of successfully withdrawing, the system popped up a message prompting the investor to contact the staff.

“Unfortunately you are currently unable to submit a withdrawal request. Please contact [email address] for more information.”

The platform's staff asked the investor to cooperate with the Anti-Money Laundering process by submitting some necessary documents. However, even though she gave all the required documents, her withdrawal request was still pending.

Faced with such a lengthy procedure and uncertainty of credit time, the investor had to seek help from BrokersView.

Upon receiving this complaint, BrokersView's team quickly contacted and communicated with the broker to help the investor resolve the concerning issue, hoping to complete the process as soon as possible and return the funds to the investor.
