M4Markets Acquires Operating Firm of Axiance and Receives CySEC License

ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd, the operating company of CFD broker Axiance, has sold its Cyprus financial license to another broker, M4Markets.

When clicking the website https://www.axianceeu.eu/, visitors will be redirected to M4Markets.

In its announcement, Axiance said ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd has been acquired by M4Markets and renamed Harindale Ltd.

“ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd operator of the website www.axianceeu.eu was acquired by the M4Markets Group and renamed to Harindale Ltd. You are now being directed to the website www.m4markets.eu operated by Harindale Ltd (CIF License Number 301/16), the entity of M4Markets group that serves European clienst.”

Previously, Axiance held three financial services licenses, issued by the Cyprus Securities and Investment Commission (CySEC), the Mauritius Financial Services Authority (Mauritius FSA), and the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (Seychelles FSA). As Axiance is solely regulated by the Seychelles FSA, its services are not open to traders in Europe.

Meanwhile, M4Markets, licensed in Seychelles, has gained financial regulation in Europe through the acquisition of the Cyprus license, allowing it to offer financial services to local clients through Harindale Ltd.
