OANDA Japan Confirms Normal Operations of MT4 and fxTrade Platform
OANDA Japan, a subsidiary of retail forex broker OANDA Global Corporation, has resolved the technical issues plaguing the normal operations of the MT4 platform and the web and mobile versions of the fxTrade platform.
According to the official announcement, the broker detected a problem with the display of the order book on MT4 and fxTrade on March 30, 2021. Then, the company restored the normal service in the morning of March 31, 2021, but the problem occurred again at 1:30 pm that day.
Earlier on April 1, 2021, OANDA Japan confirmed that the issue is solved and the platforms operate normally after the department in charge took care of this matter.
OANDA Japan apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciate traders' understanding and cooperation.
