Ranking List of Complaints Satisfaction in August 2024 Newly Released

Most investors, in particular beginners, are prone to ignore a broker’s service attitude when selecting a trading platform. However, the attitude towards customers will significantly affect the trading experience. Therefore, to assist investors in making an informed decision, BrokersView monthly updates the list of brokers and ranks them by complaints satisfaction. We aim to provide useful insight into how they value their clients’ opinions and the overall level of customer service they provide.

The most prevalent complaints this month encompass a variety of issues. These include fake profits, withdrawal delay, additional demands for fees or tax, and unreasonable account blocking.

The list of involved brokers is provided below for reference purposes.

The Good List of August

The Bad List of August

Regulated broker on the Good List of August received 100 % satisfaction ratings from their clients, confirming the brokers' commitment to customer support. Some of these broker also stayed on the BrokersView Good List for two consecutive months, successfully resolving customer complaints and improving the trading experience.

On the other hand, the unlicensed brokers on the Bad List of August were all related to fraudulent activities. They did not provide any reasonable explanation for customer complaints, not to mention the resolution of the difficulties faced by customers.

Among them, Quotex, which appeared on the List of July, is still complained about by many clients this month. The fraudulent broker has been promoting its ‘investment program’ through social media platforms, but almost no withdrawals have been credited to client accounts. Quotex ignored the complaints of its existing customers, and continued to recruit new customers from all over the world.

Additionally, unregulated broker Capital IM Limited has again appeared on the Bad List. This broker obstructed its clients from withdrawing their funds and demanded unreasonable fees from clients.

BrokersView wants to underscore the importance of staying informed about broker-related complaints which, along with regulatory information, can serve as helpful indicators when it comes to selecting a broker. Taking complaints into account helps reduce risks. In case of any suspected violations, investors can file a complaint through BrokersView.
