Availability

Indemnification

You agree that BrokersView’s service providers and other entities mentioned in the above paragraph are third-party beneficiaries of the above provisions, with all rights to enforce such provisions as if they were a party to this Agreement

Amendments to the Terms

BrokersView may change the Terms from time to time, at its sole discretion and without any notice. All changes to these Terms are effective as of the stated “Last Revised” date and your continued use of the Site after the Last Revised date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.

Termination of Site’s operation

At any time, BrokersView may block your access to the Site and/or Service, temporarily or permanently limit, suspend or terminate your access, for any reason, at its sole discretion, in addition to any other remedies that may be available to BrokersView under any applicable law. Such actions by BrokersView may be taken if BrokersView deems that you have breached any of these Terms in any manner. Additionally, BrokersView may at any time, at its sole discretion, cease the operation of The Site and/or Service or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without giving any prior notice.
