After I requested a withdrawal, my account was closed for no reason. I contacted customer service who told me I could open a new account and the money would be able to be transferred to my new account. I followed her instructions and opened a new account. But after the transfer I found out that the profit I got from my original account was not transferred to the new account, they told me that the profit from my original account was backed up. I don't understand, it was money in my account, and why it is unable to withdraw?
