At the beginning an account manager named NOZ from GCMASIA's investment representative made a call and introduced about the investment. I was told to join and made me believe that he really wanted to give guidance in trading.. He contacted and frequently contacted me for a long period of time as well. They promised to provide a bonus to be included in the trading account as an attraction/persuasion for me to put capital

After a period of time I was satisfied with the offer given so I also put in a capital of 100USD. At first he asked to enter the capital through the link he gave but it didn't work. Therefore, he gave the second way, which is to transfer through their company's account (3rd party account) called P2Pezee.

When the capital was entered, I was told to wait 2 days for account confirmation and the entry of capital money into the account.

After being approved, they told me to download the META TRADER 4 Application ( MT4 ) After finishing, I was given a brief tutorial about the application. I was informed that the analyst will call to give instructions. In the beginning they did contact as usual but after that there was no guidance until today. So how do I want to trade when I myself have no experience and knowledge. They told me not to trade if there is no guidance from their experts. I have followed their instructions but so far there is no result. I only receive promotional offers and brief analysis emails every day.

So the reason I want to make this complaint is that the service provided is very bad and there are various things that are not fulfilled, especially in the guidance chapter. Now I want to make a capital withdrawal and no guidance or feedback is given. They just leave me alone. Contrary to the offer given in the beginning.
