Recently, BrokersView learned that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, British financial regulatory authority, announced that it has canceled the EEA license of LIRUNEX.
Applied to Cancel its Authorisation
In an official announcement, the financial regulator mentioned that the cancellation of LIRUNEX’s EEA license was due to the company’s willingness to apply to cancel its authorisation. The EEA license refers to a “passport” into the UK, allowing an EEA-based firm to undertake new business with new customers and service existing customers in the UK.

Under the terms of the licence cancellation, LIRUNEX can continue to conduct certain activities but must still meet the FCA’s standards in dealing with its customers.
Now, LIRUNEX is still authorized and regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 338/17 and Labuan Financial Services Authority of Malaysia(Labuan FSA) under MB/20/0050.
