FXCM UK Subsidiary Changes Name to Stratos Markets Limited

Forex Capital Markets Limited, the UK subsidiary of FXCM Group, has been renamed Stratos Markets Limited. FXCM is a leading provider of online forex trading, contracts for difference (CFDs) trading, and related services.

FXCM UK filed the name change documents on September 10, 2023, according to the UK Companies House.

Besides, the UK branch's official website states, "Stratos Markets Limited is an operating subsidiary within the FXCM group of companies (collectively, the 'FXCM Group'). All references on this site to 'FXCM' refer to the FXCM Group."

"Stratos Markets Limited is authorized and regulated in the United Kingdom by the Financial Conduct Authority. Registration number 217689. Registered in England and Wales with Companies House company number 04072877", the website adds.

In addition, FXCM EU Ltd, the Cyprus-based arm of FXCM, has recently changed its name to Stratos Europe Ltd as well.

Last week, FXCM Pro, the institutional branch of FXCM, announced the establishment of a liquidity-bridging partnership with Tools for Brokers (TFB), an international technology provider for retail brokers, proprietary trading companies, and hedge funds.
