When Will BDSwiss Resolve its Withdrawal Issue?

CySEC license suspension, layoff, departure of executives—all this turmoil surrounding BDSwiss has contributed to clients' concerns. The news stimulated the nerves of BDSwiss clients, especially those who haven't received their withdrawals.

Regardless of the changes within the company, the clients' major concerns are their trades and funds. However, BDSwiss apparently failed to give a satisfactory answer.

A user told BrokersView that he submitted a request for a withdrawal of $1,888 on September 20 this year, but he has not received any payment. Although the transaction record showed "processing" during the waiting period, no progress has been made.

Clients repeatedly inquired with customer service about similar issues, but only received repetitive answers, empty words, and meaningless apologies. The staff did not provide a completion date for the process.

“We will process your request as soon as possible. While we are currently experiencing some unexpected delays, please rest assured that your request is being processed and your funds are safe.”

“Our team is working to ensure that all requests are processed as soon as possible and we are prioritizing your request.”

BDSwiss clients from various countries are encountering the same issue and are receiving identical responses from the support team.

All in all, the affected traders do not know when they will get their money back and have no choice but to keep waiting. Some customers have filed complaints with regulators.

BDSwiss now holds offshore regulation, with its company BDS Ltd licensed by the Mauritius Financial Services Regulatory Authority and the Seychelles Financial Services Authority.

In September, BDSwiss was reported to have faced issues of disinvestment and layoffs. In response, the broker emphasized its rebranding efforts and announced plans to cease operations in certain regions, although the specific locations were not disclosed.

Several BDSwiss excutives announced departure this year, they are Achilleas Achilleos, Chief Marketing Officer; Nicole Heinrich, Chief Sales Officer; Marios Morfakis, Global Head of Sales; and Daniel Takieddine, MENA Chief Executive Officer.

The broker admitted they have encountered difficulties with withdrawals during the rebranding process, but promised that all problems will be eventually resolved. However, faced with such endless delays, clients cannot help worrying.
