I made 150,000 US dollars at the beginning of last year, but after that, they delayed my order by about 30 seconds, and it was useless to call the staff. ACY is an industry-leading and reliable broker. I like its quick and responsive customer services. But the charges is much higher than other brokers. I don't like that.

You will never know the latest move about the broker in the first time until you contact the sustomer service. It is so inconvenient. The withdrawal process is too cumbersome. Traders have to record videos, read by himself and promise that any legal risk arising from transfers through the bank and payment company during the deposit process is at the trader's own risk. Originally I want to open a bigger position, but now I will change my mind.

They closed my 701614 account with over 6300$, they just stole this money with cancellation of my withdrawal request, when i met all requirements. I have many proofs of that. After, they closed my account with all my money. I traded there over a year and earned all these money only for this scam? Shame.

ACY securities has very low spreads, but they are not stable lately. They said it is because of corporate accounts and liquidity issues.Hope they fix it soon...

Bad customer service. Not responded. They can close any price on your order when you set stop loss/take profit. They use the word " widening spread and slippage could happen" as an excuse. A lot of errors happen such as blanking price(means you can't close your profit at that time),

A lot of hidden fee, incredibly difficult to withdraw. The representative harrasses you but when you just tell him you are not comfortable with the difficulty to withdraw then he doesn't even answer!Now trying to set a copytrading, let's see..
