Opened trading account here about 4 years ago. Generally no problems. Trading conditions were pleasant and improving. Trading terminal works without glitches, execution was always according to terms and conditions. average spreads that aren't always narrow as stated but acceptable.

In Axi, you can find assets by category. When you want to directly type in the asset name to find what you need, you will find this search function really convenient.

In the design and functions, its MetaTrader 4 desktop platform is almost the same with its web trading platform. The main difference is to set price alerts.

I like axi because axi has good customer support. They response and help to solve problems rapidly and patiently. And they are quite professional.

The efficiency of solving customer problems is very slow, and my mt4 is closed for no reason and I cannot withdraw money

Its demo accounts are only available for 30 days. It is very unfriendly for newbies. But, I feels good, fast exection, no delays, no disconections. The servers are stable. They told me that spreads would be the same with live accounts. Hope it is ture.

For its clients who maintains a minimum balance of $500 and only trade 1 lot for every single month, the PsyQuation Premium is available for free.

There are not many limitations for us clients to customize Axi's webtrader. You can easily change the size and locations of those option cards. But, I think the platform is old-fashioned and it is hard to fins some specific fuctions,e.g.it took me some time to find out how to add assets to the watch list.
