Dear Skyline Support / Management,My name is Premkumar Ravi, and I am writing to formally raise a complaint against your sales executive, Mr. Mohamed Abbas Haja Mohideen, regarding a deeply disappointing and financially damaging experience.Over the past one and a half years, I had refrained from engaging further with Mr. Mohamed Abbas due to previous concerns. However, I recently decided to trust him again, influenced by his friendly and culturally resonant approach. Based on his persuasive communication and repeated assurances, I proceeded to open an account with an initial deposit of $1000.Later, upon the advice of the assigned relationship manager, I was encouraged to add another $1000, bringing my total investment to $3750. Sadly, without earning even a single dollar in profit, I ended up losing a total of $3750.Mr. Mohamed Abbas had assured me that he would speak to his higher officials to help recover my losses. However, after giving me false hope, he has now blocked my phone number, cutting off all communication.This experience has not only caused me significant financial loss but has also deeply shaken my trust in your organization. To whoever cared, I have been with Skyline Trading since 2022 while I was in UAE & now that I'm back home in India, I've not had any issue regarding deposit or withdrawing my profit whenever I want to. So I find some comments here really strange.
