I am writing to seek your help regarding a prolonged withdrawal issue with BDSwiss. On January 21st, I initiated a request to withdraw my funds due to needing liquidity for my annual vacation. However, even after 10 days, I have not received my money.
When I followed up via their webchat and email support, I only received vague, non-committal responses. Despite exhausting all options—including searching online for solutions—I remain unsure how to resolve this.
