I did a deposit to my EUR Wallet half a month ago, and after the balance was available tried to transfer it to my trading account. Their system opens a page saying that it was sent a CODE to my email, but that Email never comes. I have been sending Emails to their support, speaking with online support, telegram... everything. They don't reply anymore, don't fix the problem and in the end, my money is stuck there.
