This broker used to be regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under the license no. 207/13. However, the authorization is no longer valid on account of the broker's voluntary renunciation of its CySEC license. That means 24OPTION is currently only overseen by offshore regulator Belize IFSC.
