This platform is just the worst that i have ever encountered in my life. A lot of money invested and now no access for withdrawal. They put people's lives into a mess. Now that they are operating as Dolphine exchange. Please be alarted that they are still the same people and dont invest your moneys in this platform

2139 is totally a scam... They scam twice first they freezed 50k accounts then they asked for 30 % security fee... When it is done by more than 7k people's than they scammed again and closed withdraw for members who deposited security...

It is very hurtful for us, we trust and believe this platform that they will promise to help us to become better in the future but unfortunately they were all liars and fraud.They always said they are not SCAM! We follow the rules,we deposit 30% until we complete the 300% trading volume . After completed it is time for us to withdraw but 2139 unable to withdraw our funds.Very big disappointed. Please help us.
