Dear Exness Team, My order executed two times even if I placed one order of sell XAU/USD at 2176.500 on 12th March 2024 - 06:07:30 PM after few minutes later my account shows 174$ profit that time also I closed the order due to Exness crash I'm not able to close the order and because of two times order executed, and I lost 109.90 USD & 114.80 USD due to step out Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money I lost all my savings in this because of your terminal crash !!! Waiting for your positive response
