Mexc global wouldn't provide me compensation for their servers timing out, the mobile app became dysfunctional for an hour causing me to lose my position and be liquidated,. They put the blame onto me saying next time to switch servers or use my cellular network when in fact my internet connection was working fine alongside my cellular data, I know that because I was a video call during that time which would have dropped out if it wasn't working. They said because they couldnt find me opening a hedge position they were not able to refund me, how is that possible when the problem is that your servers are dysfunctioning? They will use anything against you as a reason to not compensate you for any matter, the customer service is horrible, whatever you do don't use MEXC ever.
