I applied for a withdrawal of 2820USDT at 07:49 on March 3, 2025, but it still showed that it was being processed and I could not withdraw the money on March 6. I contacted online support, and they asked me to contact the account manager, but the account manager did not respond.
On the 4th working day after the withdrawal, STARTRADER emailed me that my account's high-frequency transactions were illegal and the transaction profits were deducted, and I could not withdraw the money. After returning the withdrawal amount to the account, on March 7 and March 10, the account balance was innocently deducted by 2584USDT under normal orders, but I still could not withdraw the money and it showed that it was prohibited to withdraw the money. The customer service asked me to contact the account manager, but the account manager did not respond.
