Is Navitas Markets regulated or not？

Someone from this platform contacted me and wanted me to invest in it, but I am concerned of being scammed.

Navitas Markets is an UNREGULATED firm claiming to be a Forex, indices and commodity broker operated by Salvax Limited, a company registered in Bermuda Montary Authority (BMA) with registration number 53275. However, we didn't find any information about its regulation from the BMA, as well as any other regulatory authority.

What's worse, the Spanish regulator CNMV has added Navitas Markets into the unregistered firm alert, warning the public that the firm is not authorised to provide the investment services in the country. You can check full alert or warning from CNMV on Navitas Markets here.

We would recommend you to stay away from Navitas Markets and any other unregulated brokerages, since they are not subject to necessary laws and principles of operation, resulting in a high risk to trade with them.
