I have been trading with Pepperstone for several months now. The platform is convenient and stable, and order execution is fast. I am also happy with the excellent support. For beginners there are a lot of training materials, which is also a big plus.

This is one of those brokers that makes you feel confident even if you are new to trading. The interface of the platform is simple and clear. The only thing that did not suit me a bit was the commissions on some types of accounts.

Pei has been very honest and supportive in providing the answers that I needed. Very patient and well trained.

Fantastic Service.My ancient Laptop didn't like MT4. Switched to MT5. Outside of Pepperstone Australia customer support team hours. Call went overseas.The agent guided me through the procedure of transferring from Mt4 to Mt5.Brilliant instructions for a 77 year old IT illiterate. Up and running in 22 minutes. Wish there were a dozen stars for this exceptional service.

Pepperstone is one of the best in the market for trading, spreads, and withdrawals. However, their support chat team could improve by not ending chats prematurely. The integration of TradingView for advanced charting has been a game-changer for me as an analyst trader.
