I have deposited my amount of 15000 in quotex account money has been deducted using upi but showing as failed. Tried contacting in many ways but no response from team finally going to raise a complaint against this in cyber crime

What’s even worse is that local influencers promoted this platform as trustworthy, which led me to trust them in the first place.🚫 My Experience:I invested $7,000 through the platform, following the guidance of some Pakistani influencers who claimed it was a “safe” and “profitable” trading platform.Initially, things seemed fine, but once I tried to withdraw my earnings, all my funds were frozen.Customer support became unreachable, and they refused to unlock my account or release my money.When I tried to escalate the issue, they completely blocked my access to the platform.

Before 4 ago my withdraw quotex side success full but payment has not received

On 6th August 2024, I had initiated a deposit process of ₹3000 through UPI. It remained in processing for two days and then started showing as failed. I registered a complaint afterward. After 14 days, they replied saying that the amount had not been received by Quotex and that I must have gotten a refund according to the bank’s policy. However, I didn’t receive any refund.I provided my bank statement, but they kept declining it. They were asking for proof from the bank stating that my withdrawal was successful and that I didn’t receive the refund. I somehow managed to get that proof. I submitted the documents on 9th October 2024, and until now, I haven’t received any refund. Since yesterday, they aren’t even responding to my messages. If your money gets stuck, just consider it gone. They are behaving like thieves.My quotex id-39857568
