Withdrawal Issue

My withdrawal has been in process for a month now. During this time, customer service has consistently given me evasive responses and requested various documents and videos for KYC verification. Unfortunately, even this has not resulted in my withdrawal being approved. I cannot even retrieve my initial deposit. I am aware that I will not be able to recover any money. Of course, I am not the only victim. You can refer to the Trustpilot website about this broker for more information. I urge everyone to be cautious of this broker to prevent more people from being deceived.

I hold some position on XAU/USD with VT Markets. The spreads are rather high. Recently, I lost $500 in my account.

Extremly bad customer services. Simple questions don't get an answer within several days. I send an email few days ago but so far no response from them.

I wanted to withdraw my money, and was told that the system is under maintenance. I have tried three times to withdraw in this month. But failed. What a terrible experience!

Professional scammers.I was very regretted to join this broker, because I deposited on accounts there and, after that,I started to make large withdrawals, the broker told me that my account balance has been frozen.

They are fraudulent! The only thing you will keep getting from them is stories after stories. Stay away from this firm.
