After much consideration, I have finally decided to share my experience regarding the withdrawal of funds from my account here. On March, I made my first withdrawal request of 800+ USD, but unfortunately, it is still pending to this day.
Despite my initial disbelief that this could be a scam, I eventually relented. I have contacted customer service numerous times, and each time, I was assured that an account manager would contact me to resolve the issue. Despite providing various personal details for KYC purposes, the problem remains unresolved. They even block the ticket feature from my account.
I hope to receive assistance on this platform or any guidance on next steps to take.
