Opened account in earlier this year, my verification process was confirmed same month. Made a deposit and also made withdrawals for some crypto. Recently, transferred my crypto somewhere else. A small amount still with clearsave Suddenly, received a request to provide them with a selfie. All letters for a reference to the legislation or procedure clarification have been ignored. Customer service non-existent!!! My friends never received similar requests but are trying to start withdrawing their funds soon, to no avail, apexassetretrieval at gmail.com finally helped us out in recovering all our money (Bitcoin) .

It is a scame2139 excahnge app is just scame Please don't invest your hard earned money in this app, Mr logon is a scamer, liar, fraud, untrustable, guy. He only want to scame with you nothing please do not invest money her and also in from your friends, fillows, family, about this scame and please all of you who invested money her and now can't withdraw their money and their account are freezed or locked please take legal action against it please be series and think about your self and all other people to protect them from this scamePlease take legal action against it to expose logon and recover your money.Thank you

It is very hurtful for us, we trust and believe this platform that they will promise to help us to become better in the future but unfortunately they were all liars and fraud.They always said they are not SCAM! We follow the rules,we deposit 30% until we complete the 300% trading volume . After completed it is time for us to withdraw but 2139 unable to withdraw our funds.Very big disappointed. Please help us.
