see the last buy operation that starts with zero and ends at zero, this was not initiated by me and is not a valid trading operation (-421.26)

also the 2 previous trades (-147.01 and -221.43) were not closed by me !

this happened immediately after i requested a cash-out from the ironFX web portal, they stopped the 2 ongoing traded and created-then-stopped the 3rd one as well to bring the account back to its initial balance (500$) while (789,7 $ is gone).

then they sent me the e-mail (see screenshot 2) saying that due to internet connectivity staff (with extract from T&C) my trades are not "legal".

I have investigated so far and I am not the one facing this scam.

I contacted the support and explained the matter, the chatbot or agent said that he dont know why this happened and that they will contact me later for clarification (thing that never happened) . He also did not give me any support incident number nor any follow-up was given.

adding to the top of that that your initial investement amount cannot be retreived from their web site (you request cash-out) and then it remains as is with no further action happening.

This is the worst broker I have ever been with... I can't believe all these positive ratings !!!

to my opinion they are all fabricated by the Ironfx employees or affiliates.This broker is a total bucket shop. Those hungry Cyprus dogs lay their bait by providing you 100% bonus to lure your money in and then slowly chew you off to the last bite by hunting your SL, widening spreads, and giving you the slowest execution speed you have ever seen in this industry. I am a real person and pro trader, I have solid proof about what I have mentioned above including screen shots of every event I have encountered with these thieves...

one advice....stay away from this band of scammers.
