I have found trading 212 support team very cooperative in my emails. They may take some time to reply but finally they will help solve my problems. If they can not advise for financial reasons they will state this. So I want to thank the team.The platform is great for new beginners. Very easy to understand.I have not tried any other platforms so can not compare.Up to now I am very happy. I am learning how to trade as a novice and becoming more experienced.I fully enjoy using trading 212 platform and I have no issues.

First of all. Commission free does not mean you're free to trade. Their spread is not cheap and is stealthy and hidden. After trading more than a year, I think, They're not perfect but you would be hard pressed to name one broker who does it better than them in UK. They can improve in "order slippage" but I doubt that. And the "bid&ask" pricing too, it's too wide . My biggest criticism now is the prohibition of opening an account in foreign currency. UK traders like myself are intrinsically disadvantaged as we jump back and forth from Pound to Dollar every time we trade. Let us open a separate Dollar account please. And "Stop loss" function can sometimes fail to work and you can end up having nasty surprises. Fix this one... And you're almost there.US commission free broker Robinhood is coming to UK so I'd suggest Trading 212 clean their act before it's too late.... we're learning fast and the market can be brutal. One better option...we might jump the ship but for now.. Trading 212 is the best in UK. Even with all its minor faults.
