Could you please provide some details of your trading in FXTM (such as: trading account number, trading and withdrawal records, and screenshots of the conversation between you and the customer services)? We will try to contact this broker for you.
I have deposited more than 30,000 HKD on this platform. Then I applied for two withdrawals, about a month or so later, and they also rejected all my applications, saying that the bank account refused to accept the money, but I called the bank and asked them and there was no any money credited to my account. It's been over a month since my third withdrawal request and still, no money has arrived. I asked customer service for them to clarify the situation and they just told me to be patient until the payer pays.
All their talk about withdrawals arriving within 10-20 business days is bullshit!
