UMarkets website is not allowing me to withdraw from their website. My account manager stopped responding to my messages on March 31, 2023. I was able to speak with their customer service via https://light-trading.umarkets.id/ but the only response that I received was, "I will forward the request to your expert, you will be contacted as soon as the request is processed. Please expect a call."

I have a signed document showing the approved amount for withdrawal with UMarkets.
