Submitted my withdrawal request 6 weeks ago but I have not received the money. Customer service has repeatedly said they will check the matter, but never get back to me. As a last resort I have decided to file a complaint with their regulator. They informed me that St vincent and Grenadines is regulating them, and I filed a complaint at svgfsa.com, as per STARTRADER'S complaint policy. Guess what? SVG responded saying they do NOT regulate trading, STARTRADER refuses to provide any other regulatory information, leaving me to think that they are actually UNREGULATED. Please don't let STARTRADER fool you.
